Double rainbow

Despite Oscar the sheeps valiant effort to distract me by photobombing with his big woolly head i did manage to get a half way decent picture of today’s double rainbow.

I had to go to the back paddock and by then the rain had started so quick shots before my camera got wet..off to bed now and leave you with a rainbow for your Monday.

  1. OMD!!!!!!! That is just BEAUTIFULS!!!!! You are lucky to have so much green….it’s brown and dry here with fires burning like crazy! Butts, I know (unfortunately) that you know what I’m talking about. I hopes you guys get LOTS AND LOTS of rain this winter, so you can have a fire-free summer!
Nows, I’m gonna go gets a margarita and stare at your FABulous photo some more…..
    Kisses,

  2. Oh that is VERY pretty!! Listen Auntie Bev, mom came home all bouncy and happy yesterday because SHE got a phone call from you and Dinnermintz. So…like…what’s with that? Aren’t WE good enough for a phone call? Don’t you want to speak to US? We are FAR more interesting and talkative than mom #justsayin’. We’re gonna let you off the hook this time butt next time we want our fair share to talk time, ok? Ok…love you…bye.

  3. barks! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a double rainbow before. Does that mean that there is a double pot of gold at the end of it? I’m all in! ❤ Houdini

  4. The photographs are great as are the Roos. I always think they look majestic. I used to see a few when a took the dogs out walking a few years ago, Beyond my house was empty land. However, since then we had a wee thing called the mining boom and this became a fly in – fly out hub and the land beyond me was fenced off and houses built – and fine houses they are too by private developers with a price range of about half a million, But no more Roos, which is sad. I am glad you still have that empty land for the Mob to wander in and out of.

    • Edgar it is awful when they lose their land..then move onto places where humans decide they are pests…as if they have choices ..yes the mining boom will also dry up then the land and homes will be worth nothing…very sad ..we are thrilled they are now safe to continue their lives here 🙂

  5. Now, if you had only done a video, and freaked out while you narrated it, you too could have become famous like the American Double Rainbow guy from a few years back 🙂
