Lovefest at our house


Hi everyone..i often talk about how much the dogs and cats love each other here..there is no species bias..
When it is a mild day I let the girls wander with us,usually just a stroll and a roll in the driveway then back to the Kitty Day Spa..this day Marbles was inside sound asleep on her perch on the back of the couch..i had taken the pups for a walk and let the girls come out to have a stroll..
Dinnermintz since she was first with us as a sick foster kitten has always had a special bond with Forrest and Doc..mainly with Forrest ,her main man and she hates to be apart from him..especially when they go into boarding..
Another day and another lovefest here at home in the bush 🙂

    • Hahahahaha I can imagine Cupcake! but they have all grown up together…makes it a bit better..i always had foster kitties and so the poochies have just adapted 🙂 loves Fozziemum xxx

  11. That is how it always is here, too. I love the genuine way that critters interact. I wish that people as genuine. Stella is Chloe Jo’s dog…of course, we all belong to Chloe Jo. She is the heart of our family. ~xoxo~

    • Chloe Jo sounds like our Dinnermintz….they are so sweet and yes it is a pity humans have such a problem with this kind of harmony…she loves the sheep to and head butts them as well…they are all just family to her 🙂 loves Fozziemum xxx

    • Ellen I am sorry you miss your pup..breaks your heart doesn’t it..hubby and I dread the day we lose the pups…as they are older we know they will go before Dinnermintz and she will be shattered..hard to watch pets grieve for each other 😦 huge hugs Bev xx

    • Hahaahah I bet there would be Will..the pups have seen me have fosters for years and kind of just got used to it…mind you if they saw a stray cat it would be a different thing altogether! 🙂 hugs Fozziemum

    • Hahaah a snow bath just doesn’t cut the mustard does it 🙂 those lovefests do warm my heart…pity people cannot live the same way…proves that their is no real interspecies issues if introductions are dine the right way 🙂 xx

    • Me too…they adore each other and DM is such a sweetheart she does the same with the sheep 🙂 No Marbles is a blue cream tortie and she was inside 🙂 Pickles is the tabby tubby la caramel deluxe 🙂 such a sweetie and those furs are super soft too! 🙂 loves Bev xx

  30. Oh, I love it. I posted some photos of our dogs and cat loving each other this week too. I often wonder where the phrase “fighting like cats and dogs” came from, because we have always had them get along in our household. Thanks for sharing the sweetness! xxoo

      • I can’t get the play button to respond – yet I was able to play the fireworks in the Bashful post. Odd and mysterious. Will go outside to see if there are any strange lights in the sky that could be causing interference. We are, afterall, approaching the anniversary of our alien encounter, and we’re sure the ET’s will return. Maybe they’re already here….
