It has been a wacky week..i have been awol from the computer and only flitting in and out..the weekend festivities with finishing the girls KDS and Dinnermintz with the snake and blah blah..so I have been walking around hunched over and really dragging my feet..cars back and forth to be serviced and I started a course in Photography…about time.. and what are the chances my teacher is the cousin of a friend who was a chef and owner of our fave restaurant in the town we used to live in..3 hours away.. the red moon had us sitting out in the driveway and not five minutes after we both said ‘I hope a tree doesn’t fall on us ” we heard a massive crack and crash and a tree fell into the neighbours dam.. which instantly stopped all the little frogs croaking.. Cleo is not happy about being restricted to the whole inside of the house and the catio..so we have a bit of a battle.. but it’s getting there.. for some reason Doc has been unsettled at night so we have an eye on him..my sons have their 27th birthday today and so we will be seeing one tomorrow and the other on Saturday.. our daughter is in Japan and until I know exactly where I worry with the typhoon coming..so tomorrow night we have two of the kids up for the night…then Saturday we head into the burbs for an award night for Fozziedads uncle..one of our boys and his girlfriend is staying here to kitty/puppy sit.. but because Cleo is being a pill I want to drive back home Saturday night..so most likely we will be back here about 2am..i had to go clothes shopping for this event (which I hate) which has had me stressed as I really am not a shopper.. all this and so much still to get done..urghhh..
But today I got the bargain of a lifetime.. not for me for the girls…beach chairs..$5 each…so into the KDS they went.. and so.. i am here but not here…I am trying to catch up with peeps and doing a poor job..i wonder if maybe I have what it takes to be a blogger sometimes…

What an incredibly hectic time Bev! Sounds an awful lot of fun though. Interested to hear you’re taking a photographic course – think you take great shots (Dinnermintz in the post alone proves that) but I guess with all that wonderful wildlife, it’s good to learn the tricks of the trade as they can be very hard to capture. Hope the boys have a fabby birthday 😀

I think that moon is affecting everyone’s week. My husband totaled his car yesterday morning 😦 Thank God he is ok………..I am visiting everyone sporadically because I have tons to take care of. Good grief! You need to come up for air! I don’t see how you do it Bev…honestly….just reading that blog makes me need oxygen (hahaha). With a busy family and all that you are doing now with a photography class (which you could be teaching by the way since you’re so good), and keeping up with the kids and furry kids, building rooms/gardens/fences…..no wonder you’re exhausted. You really do need to give yourself some time off……………your blog buddies will be here ALWAYS……but you DO need a break!

Haahaah thanks M.K. it was fun having 4 kids under 5..urghhh and we saw that video from NSW ..lucky nobody was driving down the street hahaha…we see it here too..the boxing matches..all play..learning how to be big boys..i have not seen a really nasty one yet but t does happen..and this is why they can be dangerous as you see how they could rip you open…made me smile too..and all i could think was i hope our friends overseas don’t think this is common in the suburbs 🙂 🙂 it is commn here where i live but this is pretty rare 🙂 🙂

Oh, Fozziemum, we know how you feel when live is hectic and the head wants to do so much more, but it’s impawsible, because you have to do so much other things and…STOP…just breathe. Just one step at the time. ENJOY your class, btw we thought you already were a photographer…meaning: you’re good… give yourself some PAWTY time with your boys and congratulate them from us, and do only the things you love to do, you are in charge..always…. Too true Sherri-Ellen..so busy but feel so bad as i cannot get caught up…urghhhhh i must be Mewish…it’s a guilt thing..and as for Pickles..she loves the KDS..especially the cheapie beach chairs i got…the water feature going might book myself in for spa day there hahaa..Cleo however is really looking for ways out..there are none…so i am waiting for the revenge spraying…i did manage to get my nails done for this event tomorrow night…i love the looks the salon girls give me..my hands are scratched up bruised and veiny from hard work…i think well i don’t sit on my bum all day doing nails..i work like a man..then i almost ROFWL internally because i had the images of Seinfelds girlfriend with the man hands cracking crab bwahahahaa OY…see Mewish 😉 Loves Bev….off to wash the tawwwwlets now…yikes! xxxx

It is dreary & depressing I can tell you.

I am in a HUGE Fibro flare-up coupled with fatigue…
Saturday was a write-off; ended up flat on my back. Yesterday was somewhat better. I was able to go with my friend Judith & do a few errnads & help at their house for a few hours.
Today I managed some of the cleaning & even vacuumed. But I am done in tonight…UGH!
I hope the rain comes…God knows we have enough ( too much) here!

A week early sweets L) hahaha but still time is a ticking 🙂 the pups and kitties are off to daycare at the shelter I was a volunteer at as they have boarding and the funds go to the shelter..so it’s all about the care not the cash..it’s a three hour drive and they have all been there many times before and they love it..it is the only place I trust..the kids are taking turns at staying here and watching the sheepies..it’s a nice break for them all too 🙂

When Mingflower was alive I found this amazing boarding cattery not too far from Hamilton where we lived. Mingflower (who disliked children & everything) LOVED going there! She had her own Condo apartment & did not see the other cats. She adored the man & he could pick her up & cuddle her? She loved to play toys with his 3 children….in fact when I would come back from vacation she did not want to go home!!!! That is a sign of a good place, lol…
I hear you a week early is like a month for us so you have to get things sorted.
I am thrilled the kids will be there to care for the sheepies…

I will not travel now with Nylablue having health issues so it gets me off ‘the hook’ so to speak!

I am still in a bad way today & have to get Nylablue to the Vet. Sheila says she will carry the carrier if I am too sore…I did not take Codeine last nite & I sure can feel it today 😦

today was Vet day & I could not even carry Nylablue in the carrier; my low back (S-I joints) are so-o inflammed. No amount of ice or Analgesic rub is helping…*sighs*…
I made a lean Angus Burger for supper & had a Codeine chaser…barely touching the pain! I really buggered myself 😦

My day is just starting sweets..so far Facbook is offline everywhere so it’s not you if you are wondering…I did my cleaning yesterday and today the sun is out so I might paint..Phil is in Sydney for work until Friday…we get turf delivered tomorrow for the pups backyard…I feel ok at the moment have been fighting a flare though..the hot days then bang cold does not help…I wish I coukd come and give you a hug! sending my lives Bev xxx

I wondered where everyone was on FB!! it sure is acting ‘wonky’!! Again….
It went up to 15 Celsius today (with rain) & now I am in a flare-up. Tomorrow it will be only 7 C…I wonder if I’ll feel better or worse?
I hope the turf arrives safely & you pace yourself painting…..
I wish I were there so I could give you a (((HUG))), lol…

I had to take 34 mgs of Codeine tonite. I hope it helps…the pain is agonizing I can tell you. I fel bone spurs in S-I area; so the Hyperostosis is spereading…OUCH!
