DINNERMINTZ WAS A THREE TIME FOSTER THAT WE ADOPTED 7 YEARS AGO JUST BEFORE WE HAD TO SAY GOODBYE TO OUR LOVELY SQUASH WHO WAS ALSO A GINGER FEMALE AND WAS 17 YEARS OLD…SO MY FOSTER FAIL WAS MEANT TO BE.
SECONDLY I WANT TO SEND MY LOVIES TO NYLABLUE AND HER MUM SHERRI-ELLEN WHO ARE STILL BATTLING WITH SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES..WE HAVE ALL BEEN DOWN THIS ROAD AND ALL FEEL SHERRI-ELLENS PAIN AS SHE DEALS WITH THE SADDEST SIDE OF PET COMPANIONSHIP A PET WITH SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS..PLEASE POP BY AND SEND YOU LOVE..SHE MAY NOT ALWAYS BE BLOGGING AT THE MOMENT AND STILL TRIES TO VISIT OUR BLOGS..BUT REAL LIFE MUST BE FRONT AND CENTRE…

THIRDLY I MAY NOT BE BLOGGING MUCH THIS WEEK..WE ARE EXPECTING A HEATWAVE WITH TEMPS CLIMBING IN SOME AREAS INTO THE MID FORTIES..WINDS WILL BE AN ISSUE AND THE GROUND FUEL IS HIGH
SO I NEED TO BE FOCUSED ON MY ENVIRONMENT AND ALSO ON FACEBOOK FOR UPDATES..I WILL BE KEEPING ALL THE PETS SAFELY INSIDE IN THE COOL WITH PLENTY OF WATER ..THE POOL IS SET UP FOR THE PUPS AND THE DAM WILL BE PLAYED IN LATE IN THE DAY…IT’S SUMMER TIME I REALLY WONDER HOW MANY MORE YEARS I CAN SPEND LOOKNG AT MY HOME AS A POTENTIAL THREAT TO LIFE..
SO HAVE A GREAT WEEK AND I WILL BE POPPING IN TO BLOGS AS I CAN..IF AT ANY STAGE WE HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM I WILL MAKE SURE I DO A POST..FINGERS PAWS AND HOOVES CROSSED THAT ALL PEOPLE TAKE CARE THIS WEEK…AND TO THE POOR FOLK IN PERTH MY THOUGHTS GO OUT TO YOU AS YOU BATTLE FIRES AND SADLY HAVE LOST HOMES AND A LIFE..SUMMER AND THE BUSH A BEAUTIFUL BUT HARSH LAND INDEED. Hahahah New Zealand lamb is fantastic….she says making sure Felix Oscar and Jock don’t hear me …we are getting most of our avocado peppers garlic etc from the Kiwis because our season is so bad….$9.99 a kilo for green peppers…sheesh….and glad you like the ice cubes..we are staying safe as we can..Fozziedad working from home tomorrow..bad day..it’s still 33 at 9.30 at night and the humidity is 23 per cent…not good…mannn…must away and find some timewarps 😉 xxxxxxxxxxxx

The birthday pawty was wonderful but I think you all should kick back and take it easy now…..we saw on our news about the sadness in Perth and thought you FIRST……scary times indeed. Please stay safe (I know you will) and cool (if you can!) and just “chill out” ……keep us posted WHEN you can!

That’s bad Bev and I agree. When it’s so hot here my little man just lies in front of the cooler all day long and we would throw a wet towel over him as well. Then he looks like a little horse. LOL!
hehehe, sounds like fun and who cares about the smell. As long as they are happy and cool. I feel sorry for all the wild animals that are struggling with that heat.

Hahahaah same with these two..had a wet tea towel like a cowboy bandana around their necks….and I have put water under trees outside for the birds..the roos will all be by the dams so hopefully they have camped out for the day! I shall pass the kisses on now they smell like cranberries 😉 🙂 hugs Bev

No Sonel we have the wrong gum trees for them,they have very limited and fussy eating needs bless em..would love it if we did 🙂 we have Grey roos and blue tongue and stumpy tail lizards and 40 different bird species..no Koalas 😦 also snakes….. I agree cranberry smells fab 🙂 hugs

Me iz tryin me best to stay wif Mum here. It iz hard butt me iz werkin hard at diz. Me had a guud day today (Wednesday) eatin n watchin Bird TV n even smacked a few pingpong ballz about. Mum came home early frum da Chiropracktur n we had a lubly nap in her bed…she iz so pawsum! She stopz her stuff just to bee wif me. No wunder me iz stayin here; how cuud me leeve her??
